Hi David, I wish that you were singing on the upcoming MSG tour! I see Michael has got Robin back and I guess for some, that is good but I could care less seeing what has already been done!! I much rather see you! I wish Michael would do a record with you, I have seen most of his singers over the years and you are without a doubt the best he's ever had! I am sure that bringing Robin back is all about the money but he won't get a dime from me on this tour and I speak for many of my friends. Good luck my friend and hope you will be singing for someone soon! Your the best! Byron
David Replies: Hey Byron...Well what can I say but thank you! I really appreciate you sitting down and putting your feelings into words! I get a lot of email from people just like you saying similar things you just wrote. I just do what I do and I try to do it with consistency and hopefully I leave the stage with my head held high. Michael has always changed members and from what I get from the fans, it has run a little thin but that is his decision and it is his band. I do hope that one day, as long as I stay in the business that Michael & I will make a record together...regardless, I will always be linked to MSG. Again Byron, thanks for all your support bro and write anytime...btw, I love Chicago!!

David, I saw your post on Facebook about The Transiberian Orchestra and without a F%#king doubt, you would be amazing in this!!! I have seen the show twice and each time they had Jeff Scott Soto singing, I am not impressed with him and never have been! I have seen you sing several times here in New York and I remember saying to myself, there is nothing this man can't sing. I truly hope that you will get your shot with TSO cause I know you are the man my friend! Whatever you do, keep singing!!! Fan for life! Jeremy
David Replies: Ok Jeremy, Again, every now and than I get a message from someone like you who makes my whole day and this is one of them! I really appreciate the nice words and support. I absolutely would love to do the TSO show but from what I understand, the money is so good that no one ever drops off the tour and to get on it, takes an act of God. I won't lie to you, doing the show for the money would be nice but to be honest...I love the whole positive feeling the show gives. Christmas has always been one of my favorite holidays! I have done some amazing things in my career but doing something like this would really make me proud. Anyway, thank you for writing Jeremy and thank you for being a fan! You Rock!

David, just wanted to write and say not only how great of a singer you are but obviously a greater person! What you are doing for you ex-wife is awesome! I know so many musicians living here in the big city and they are about as selfish as it comes. It is always about them and never about what matters. You have helped restore a little faith in what I think about most rockers and I thank you! I hope God is looking down on you and saying this guy is special and he deserves a place in heaven or at least singing at a sold out Madison Square Garden! whatever happens my friend, you rock...God Bless You and don't stop singing!!!!
David Replies: Hello Shane, first of all, I just want to say thank you for writing and saying all the nice things. I do understand what you mean about musicians worrying about themselves and I must admitt, I was probably one of them. I am sure that I didn't know that I was doing it but I know now that is not me. I have lost so many family & friends to cancer and I know there is more to life than just living my own! As far as my ex-wife is concerned, I am not doing this to get myself into heaven, I am doing this to keep Rhonda out of it...at least for now. After my mother passed away, I had no urge to sing for several years but now I am back in it and doing more show with Schenker or whatever else might get thrown my way...who knows...anyway, I hope this message finds you well and again thank you for the support!!!
